Girl Scouts Stuffed a Bus with the Community’s Support

On Sunday, November 10th, Girl Scouts from our community set out to “Stuff-A-Bus” for a good cause.  About 20 Girl Scout Troops hosted food drives this weekend and collected bagfuls of non-perishable items.  Their destination was Paca Middle School and their goal was to fill a bus with all of the donations.

Community members stopped by to lend a helping hand, along with a few William Floyd NJROTC and Boy Scouts.  Later in the day, the Boy Scouts assisted in unloading the bus and sorting through all of the food that was brought to the Grace Lutheran Church.

Girl Scout Troops delivered food directly to the Hebrew Center.  After the bus left for the day, a few Girl Scout troops continued to collect food for our local food pantries.
