Residents of Mastic Beach Discuss Quality of Life Issues

At a recent meeting held at the Mastic Beach Fire Department, members of the Pattersquash Creek Civic Association discussed what they can do to make living in the Village more enjoyable. Many residents of the Village of Mastic Beach voiced their concerns to police officers from the seventh precinct COPE unit.  As quick as a resident would express their opinion on a matter, an officer would respond with a possible solution.

Guest speaker, Senator Lee Zeldin, who is a Shirley resident and a graduate of William Floyd High School, assured residents that he will continue to work hard for the betterment of the people who live and work in our community.

The Pattersquash Creek Civic Association invites all residents of the Mastic Beach area to get involved and stay involved in the great changes that are yet to come.  If you would like to learn more about the association and when their next meeting will be held, visit their webiste:
