Earlier this month, supervisor Ed Romaine and the town council honored Eva Casale and her Team Eva colleagues at Town Hall during her “7 Marathons in 7 Days” run to raise funds and generate awareness for veterans and honor local servicemen killed in action. Casale ran a total of 184 miles from April 27 to May 3 to support veterans through Hope for the Warriors. During her stop at Town Hall, the supervisor presented Casale with a proclamation declaring May 2 Eva Casale Day in the Town of Brookhaven.
