Buffalo Wild Wings Go comes to Main Street

Posted

Earlier this week, on Tuesday, April 23, representatives for the owners of the Shirley Buffalo Wild Wings went before the Patchogue Village Planning Board to consider an application for a Buffalo Wild Wings Go takeout restaurant at 125 East Main Street.

The building is currently vacant and was formerly an insurance agency with an additional second floor. Both floors are about 1,200 square feet. The application also includes a request for interior renovation on the first floor.

The first floor would be for the BWW Go while the second floor, according to the applicant, would be split into an apartment and office space.

The application was adjourned as the board requested further information, including the floor plan for the second floor and a redesign of the proposed fire escape stairs for the proposed office space. The apartment, according to the applicant, already has a separate entrance.

The proposed owner of the BWW Go portion of the project is Megha Jain Narsimhamurthy, who also owns the BWW Go location on Montauk Highway in Shirley, which opened earlier this year.

At both locations, the current and proposed, the menu includes wings, sandwiches, and burgers for both takeout and delivery with minimal in-store seating. The concept for the BWW Go launched in 2020.
