On Saturday, NYS Sen. Monica Martinez presented the 2019 Long Island Women’s Conference at Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts, honoring women in the community who have gone above and beyond to make a positive impact. Suffolk County police commissioner Geraldine Hart, Hunter Business School career services advisor Venesa Arroyo and assistant director for strategic partnerships at Brookhaven National Laboratory Priscilla Antunez were among the morning speakers and panelists.
