For the 10th year in a row, Bayport’s The Fish Store, owned by Seth Needelman, has won the Bethpage Best of Long Island award for fish market.
“To have won once is a tremendous honor,” said Needelman, “but to win 10 years in a row is just phenomenal.”
Needelman was gracious and thankful to his devoted customers, who have voted for him and The Fish Store since 2012.
As a show of thanks to the community, Needelman is now running a promotion: 10 days of $10 fish dishes starting Thursday, Jan. 26.
Each day will feature a different seafood that is normally priced between $13.99 and $17.99 per pound for only $10 per pound.
Some of the specials include: bay scallops, large and deveined shrimp, Atlantic salmon, local flounder and live lobster.
Check in with The Fish Store’s Facebook page or call the market daily to find out which special is being offered from Thursday, Jan. 26 through Saturday, Feb. 4.
