On Saturday, May 18, the Great Brookhaven Cleanup took place, with one of the sites being Blue Point Avenue from the library at Middle Road down to Blue Point Dock.
Nearly a dozen volunteers attended, including the Blue Point Civic Association, whose president, Jason Borowski, is pictured.
Councilman and deputy supervisor Neil Foley (R-5th District) said, “Community events like this remind us we are all stewards of our great hometown.”
