Demolition makes way for catering hall construction

On Monday, Jan. 5, the former Casola Well Drillers building, located on Montauk Highway in Mastic, was demolished to make way for a brand-new, full-service catering hall. Construction is anticipated to start later this year.

Councilwoman Karen Dunne Kesnig said, “Based on many meetings with the owners, I am confident that they will do everything possible to make this catering hall successful. A successful business can’t help but have a positive impact on our community.”
