Dress for Success donates over 100 bras for homeless shelter

On Aug. 16, Dress for Success Brookhaven presented more than 100 brand-new women’s bras to Madonna Heights homeless shelter for women and teens. The bras were donated by Victoria’s Secret corporate and Vanity Fair Lingerie. Madonna Heights is an empowering environment designed specifically for women and young ladies to heal and thrive. Located on a 56-acre campus setting in Dix Hills, it provides 24-hour care to address the physical, emotional, and social needs unique to women and girls. Dress for Success is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the developmental tools to help them thrive in work and in life.
