Islip Town supervisor Angie Carpenter and councilman James O’Connor attended the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newest Lidl location in Islip. This is the discount grocery store’s 20th location on Long Island and second in the Town of Islip. The opening featured a D.J., raffles and a food truck. Over 100 people waited in line to enter the store. The newest store for Lidl is located at 155 Islip Avenue, Islip, NY.
