TOLA. located on South Country Road in Bellport Village was broken into early this a.m.
According to owner, Alison Buck the intruder(s) threw a brick breaking the glass front door and entered stealing cash and leaving the register.
However, it seems as though no jewelry or merchandise was taken. Buck has no alarm system but does have cameras.
"So disheartening for our little village," she said noting police were on scene this morning.
Neighboring Bellport Arts and Framing owner and chamber member LuAnn Thompson said she will be alerting local businesses.
