Great South Bay Brewery Signs the first lease at Station Yards

TRITEC Real Estate Company announced today that Great South Bay Brewery has signed a lease for 8,428 square feet of space at Station Yards, a mixed-use development at the Long Island Railroad Station in Ronkonkoma, New York. The brewery is expected to open in the Spring of 2024.

"Great South Bay Brewery is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike, and we are confident they will be a great addition to the community."

Great South Bay Brewery was founded in 2009 and is owned by the Davis family. The brewery is located in Bay Shore, New York, and produces a variety of craft beers, including IPAs, stouts, and ales. The brewery also has a taproom that offers food, live music, golf simulators, and events.

Station Yards is a transformative project creating a vibrant new hub for Long Islanders. Along with 1,450 apartments, 195,000 square feet of retail space, and 360,000 square feet of office space Station Yards is creating thousands of jobs and housing options at the busiest train station in Suffolk County. TRITEC completed the first phase of 489 apartment homes, Alston Station Yards, in 2021. The current development phase includes:

  • 388 apartment homes.
  • 70,000 square feet of retail space.
  • 16,500 square feet of office.
  • A public plaza 

TRITEC expects construction to be complete in 2024.
