What to look for at this year’s Blue Claw Crab Festival

Celebrate the 15th anniversary of this massive festival.

WHERE| MBPOA Marina 1, 96 Riviera Drive

The Blue Claw Crab Festival welcomes an average of 2,000-4,000 people every year to celebrate crabs and the culture attached to them. It spans five blocks and hosts over 40 vendors selling a wide range of merchandise, such as food and fishing accessories. Entrance is free, but all food is for sale. There is a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes from 31 Neighborhood Road, about four blocks away from the main area.

Entertainment

Come see the Janis Joplin Experience and Long Island Band Chain Reaction. There will also be children’s entertainment like face painting and sand art.
